Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will manage the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure new hires are active within the HRIS
  • Conduct background reviews, draft offer letters, and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding and identify areas for improvement in the process
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Administration or Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
