Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to the Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide talent acquisition support, including scheduling interviews and managing requisitions in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with HR operations, including special projects, Open Enrollment tasks, and new-hire orientation
  • Coordinate meetings, manage departmental expense reports, and support onboarding processes for new associates
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field - required
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field - preferred
  • 3+ years' experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment - required
  • Experience handling highly confidential information - required
  • Experience in a growing human resources services department - preferred
