Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join their team in the Worker's Compensation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates
• Collaborate on talent strategy and workforce planning, monitoring trends and supporting retention initiatives
• Maintain compliance with HR administration and support onboarding processes for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in insurance or healthcare
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations relevant to the Worker's Compensation industry
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
