Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR processes and maintain positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, recordkeeping, and benefits
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain HRIS and personnel records, and manage employee education and professional development programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field plus 2 years of HR experience, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software, with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage repetitive administrative tasks
  • Experience in employee record maintenance, benefits, and onboarding processes
  • Willingness to take initiative and work independently when needed
