Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support across the human resource function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining job descriptions
- Serve as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries and assist with payroll processing
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR communications and compliance efforts
Required Qualifications
- BA in Human Resources or SHRM-CP, or at least 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
