Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to manage administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain accurate employee data in electronic systems and assist employees with benefits enrollment
- Coordinate employee training programs and generate HR reports on key metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or human resources required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems such as Workday (HRIS)
