Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to manage administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee data in electronic systems and assist employees with benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate employee training programs and generate HR reports on key metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
