Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is detail-oriented and service-driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate high-volume onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data entry in HR systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Lead New Hire Orientations and provide essential administrative support to the HR team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; high school diploma/GED with HR certification or equivalent experience accepted
  • Experience in an HR role within a medium-sized company, preferably in the science or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience coordinating high-volume data entry and onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with electronic filing systems
