Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator for parental cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all HR functions including payroll management and benefits tracking for global employees
- Support the employee life cycle through recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and professional development
- Contribute to HR strategic planning, policy development, and implementation while collecting HR metrics for governance and organizational support
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll management and HR Information systems
- Experience in employee life cycle support and workplace wellbeing promotion
- Familiarity with regional and global feminist movement realities related to human resources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with diverse stakeholders
