Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS and Benefits systems
  • Assist with new hire processing, onboarding, and employee support
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for lower-level roles and maintain compliance with laws
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, ideally 3-5 years
  • Experience with UKG and/or Workday strongly preferred
  • Ability to support HR team with various tasks
  • Strong presentation skills for New Hire Orientation
