Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS and Benefits systems
- Assist with new hire processing, onboarding, and employee support
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for lower-level roles and maintain compliance with laws
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, ideally 3-5 years
- Experience with UKG and/or Workday strongly preferred
- Ability to support HR team with various tasks
- Strong presentation skills for New Hire Orientation
