Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks within the Human Resources department
- Manage the end-to-end preboarding process and ensure completion of new-hire documentation
- Coordinate and execute offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system updates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources support role
- Experience with Workday HCM preferred, particularly in onboarding and offboarding
- Working knowledge of HR processes, including preboarding and offboarding
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
