Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks within the Human Resources department
  • Manage the end-to-end preboarding process and ensure completion of new-hire documentation
  • Coordinate and execute offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system updates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources support role
  • Experience with Workday HCM preferred, particularly in onboarding and offboarding
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, including preboarding and offboarding
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
