Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing HR data reports and maintaining sensitive employee data
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Sr. HR Director
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing multiple calendars
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of HR-related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Experience maintaining files, processing paperwork, and data entry
  • Experience responding to employee or customer inquiries
  • Experience working with MS Office software and database software
  • Basic understanding of fundamental HR concepts and processes
