Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing HR data reports and maintaining sensitive employee data
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Sr. HR Director
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing multiple calendars
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of HR-related experience, or equivalent combination
- Experience maintaining files, processing paperwork, and data entry
- Experience responding to employee or customer inquiries
- Experience working with MS Office software and database software
- Basic understanding of fundamental HR concepts and processes
