Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer core HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll and benefits operations
- Assist with employee engagement and coordination of HR programs and projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordination role preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience with HRIS platforms, knowledge of Day Force preferred
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
