Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team in various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS and support payroll and benefits operations
  • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement activities and support project logistics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordination role preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with HRIS platforms, knowledge of Day Force preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and standard business software applications
