Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the remote Human Resources Coordinator will assist with employee records maintenance, onboarding, payroll processing, and daily administrative tasks for the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests
- Process new hire onboarding and maintain employee records in compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct new hire orientation and perform I9/E-Verify & background checks for all W2 new hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and related business tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality
