Job Summary

To support the HR department's operations, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator will manage HR policies, employee records, benefits administration, and HRMS data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data integrity
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce
