Job Summary
To support the HR department's operations, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator will manage HR policies, employee records, benefits administration, and HRMS data while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data integrity
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce
