Job Summary
To support HR Services and Talent Acquisition efforts, the full-time Senior Coordinator, Human Resources will manage background check evaluations, assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, and respond to inquiries from store management and corporate teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor HR inboxes, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as necessary
- Coordinate the recruiting process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding tasks
- Oversee background screening adjudications, ensuring compliance with legal standards and effective communication of results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Solid understanding of current background check laws
