Job Summary
Supporting a fast-paced workforce, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management activities in the New York City office, with a hybrid work schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with management to execute recruiting strategies, manage job postings, and conduct candidate evaluations
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and track required certifications and training
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, maintain personnel files, and assist with audits and performance management documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
