Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and coordination support, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator will manage employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, and maintain employee records while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and documentation
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and process terminations in compliance with state requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and assist with HR policy implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years' experience in HR coordination or administrative support
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
