Job Summary
Providing administrative support across various HR functions, the part-time Human Resources Coordinator will assist with recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and training
- Process HR department applications and maintain accurate attendance and employment records
- Compile statistics and prepare various HR management reports while conducting pre-employment screening interviews
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- 1-3 years of related HR experience
- Ability to work under moderate supervision while gaining proficiency in HR functions
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR policies and best practices
