Job Summary

Providing administrative support across various HR functions, the part-time Human Resources Coordinator will assist with recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and training
  • Process HR department applications and maintain accurate attendance and employment records
  • Compile statistics and prepare various HR management reports while conducting pre-employment screening interviews
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of related HR experience
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision while gaining proficiency in HR functions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR policies and best practices
