Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and operational support, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator will assist with recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and coordinate HR programs in an office environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and administer the onboarding process, including background checks and documentation
  • Schedule employee training sessions and conduct check-in calls to support engagement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR information systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ADP systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
