Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations, the full-time Human Resources Operations Coordinator will manage the HR inbox, oversee employee onboarding, and maintain compliance with organizational policies while working in a hybrid environment based in Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and delegating as necessary
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Safeguard employee records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and administration, preferably in HR
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps; HRIS experience preferred
  • Understanding of nonprofit sector operations is a plus
