Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations, the full-time Human Resources Operations Coordinator will manage the HR inbox, oversee employee onboarding, and maintain compliance with organizational policies while working in a hybrid environment based in Boston, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and delegating as necessary
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition
- Safeguard employee records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and administration, preferably in HR
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps; HRIS experience preferred
- Understanding of nonprofit sector operations is a plus
