Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, the remote Human Resources Coordinator will manage onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain employee records, and support HR systems and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and compliance training for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate routine HR reports while ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Create engaging HR communications and maintain resource libraries to support employee engagement and information accessibility
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources administration or coordination
- Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and supporting multiple HR functions
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva for creating professional communications
