Job Summary

Providing administrative support for the Benefits team, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator II will assist employees with benefit enrollments, COBRA administration, and tuition assistance programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate benefits onboarding activities and educate new hires on benefit options and enrollment deadlines
  • Process employee requests related to qualifying life events and verify supporting documentation for compliance
  • Assist with COBRA eligibility reviews and support training and development activities organized by the department
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; B.S. degree in HR management or related field preferred
  • Two or more years of HR experience with knowledge of general HR principles and COBRA regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Pro
