Job Summary

To support organizational strategic goals, the full-time Human Resources Operations Coordinator - Compliance & Financial Initiatives will complete administrative and operational duties while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Develop communications and process documentation, ensuring accuracy in the human capital management system
  • Collaborate with HR teams and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service and seeking process improvements
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Strong Excel and analysis skills preferred
  • Relevant experience may include a combination of work experience and education (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years)
