Job Summary
To support organizational strategic goals, the full-time Human Resources Operations Coordinator - Compliance & Financial Initiatives will complete administrative and operational duties while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Develop communications and process documentation, ensuring accuracy in the human capital management system
- Collaborate with HR teams and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service and seeking process improvements
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required
- Strong Excel and analysis skills preferred
- Relevant experience may include a combination of work experience and education (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years)
