Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Data and Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains databases and management reports; analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintains and develops data sources using the Workday Prism platform
  • Extracts and analyzes data to assist business segments with policy and procedural changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience, with demonstrated experience with Workday reporting strongly preferred
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and database management
  • Experience with the Workday Prism platform
  • MS-Access/SQL database development experience
