Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and act as a change agent
• Oversee talent acquisition programs and manage HR budgets and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, HR, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Significant experience managing Collective Bargaining Agreements
• HR certification preferred
• Experience with Workday and ADP preferred
