Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Director to lead HR activities for global organizations within the Corporate Functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership teams to define and execute people strategies, including organizational design and leadership development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding HR program execution and talent management
• Lead large-scale change initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to influence business transformation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of Human Resources experience
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources in a complex, fast-paced environment
• 7+ years of supervisory experience
• Broad understanding of human resources components and applicable employment laws
• Strong capability in leadership development and succession planning
