Job Summary

Human Resources Director is a full-time leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering people strategies to enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities
  • Lead talent management initiatives and develop workforce strategies to enhance organizational capability
  • Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives using data and analytics
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 4 years, Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in coaching and influencing leaders for organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
