Human Resources Director

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Human Resources Director will build and lead the HR function, develop scalable HR strategies, and partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Human Resources function, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company growth and long-term objectives
• Build scalable HR programs and processes that can evolve with the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including as an HR Director or similar senior HR leader
• Demonstrated success in supporting high growth startups and scaling organizations
• Significant experience leading HR efforts during mergers and acquisitions
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute operationally
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
