Job Summary

As a strategic thought leader, the full-time remote Human Resources Director will contribute to business strategy development, promote best practices across departments, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ten years of progressively responsible related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated success as a member of a cross-functional senior management team with measurable business impact
• Advanced knowledge of human resource functions, organizational culture, and business strategies
• Experience in conducting needs analyses and implementing organization design initiatives
• Strong project management and leadership skills with a track record of effective communication across all levels
