Job Summary

To lead comprehensive human resource functions, the full-time salaried Human Resources Director will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop workforce strategies, and foster an employee-oriented culture, initially working in-office with an option for hybrid flexibility after orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective recruitment and staffing
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and enhance employee development initiatives
• Collaborate with management to review and improve HR policies and practices, while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and legislation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of oversight experience in a Human Resources environment
• SPHR Certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Ten years of experience in various HR areas, preferably in healthcare or academic settings
• Comprehensive working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
