Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to support the Marketing function and drive HR strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people strategies including leadership development, talent acquisition and management, diversity and inclusion, coaching and performance management, organization design, team effectiveness, and change management programs
  • Provide consultation and guidance to business leaders, drive effective HR programs, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead core HR programs such as talent reviews, succession planning, performance enablement, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required; advanced degree in human resources or MBA preferred
  • 15 years of HR Business Partnering and other relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience supporting Marketing functions strongly preferred
  • Experience with implementation of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior executives
