Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR requirements and prepare necessary reports
• Respond to employee inquiries and maintain records on compliance with policies and training
• Research and monitor HR procedures related to legal requirements and update relevant policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, social sciences, or a related field
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
• Experience in diverse HR duties and ability to develop custom reports
• Strong organizational skills for tracking deadlines
• Certification such as PHR/SPHR is preferred but not mandatory
