Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries and processes
• Support employee relations investigations and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist in planning HR initiatives and programs focused on engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-state or healthcare environment
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
