Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding programs
  • Serve as a liaison for employee relations, supporting performance management and conflict resolution
  • Oversee HR administration tasks, maintaining accurate employee records and managing benefits enrollment
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a healthcare or remote-first environment
  • Basic knowledge of employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC) and HIPAA privacy requirements
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
