Key Responsibilities

Onboard new managers and site leads for respective LLCs
Assist supervisors with performance and discipline matters, including conducting personnel investigations
Manage employee benefits inquiries and assist with Leave Management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5+ years of Human Resource experience
Broad HR expertise with strong business acumen
Good project management and organizational skills
Experience in a dynamic corporate environment
