Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise managers and staff on employment law, HR policies, and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff
  • Organize and manage employee recognition strategies and monitor engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or related field
  • 5-7 years of HR experience with knowledge of employee relations and benefits management
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience working with diverse teams, including managers and educators
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
