Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide tactical and administrative support in HR operations and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Job Action Letters (JAL) processes and ensure compliance
  • Monitor and address outstanding Corrective Counseling Actions (CCAs)
  • Draft and distribute adverse action letters and coordinate administrative leave
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in employee relations and HR compliance
  • Knowledge of hiring processes and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with HR policies and strategies
  • Ability to manage case documentation and organization
  • Understanding of termination processes and rehire eligibility inquiries
