Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide tactical and administrative support in HR operations and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Job Action Letters (JAL) processes and ensure compliance
- Monitor and address outstanding Corrective Counseling Actions (CCAs)
- Draft and distribute adverse action letters and coordinate administrative leave
Required Qualifications
- Experience in employee relations and HR compliance
- Knowledge of hiring processes and benefits administration
- Familiarity with HR policies and strategies
- Ability to manage case documentation and organization
- Understanding of termination processes and rehire eligibility inquiries
