Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise management on employee performance and disciplinary actions
• Manage the performance review process and facilitate training initiatives
• Oversee HRIS updates, payroll processing, and compliance audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience supporting a remote workforce in a multi-state company
• 1+ year of payroll experience preferred
