• Support the Manager in monitoring HR workflow and conducting data audits for accuracy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Aptitude for learning new systems and handling sensitive data confidentially
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
