Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their HR Operations Service Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related topics throughout the associate lifecycle
• Engage with internal associates and external contacts to resolve HR inquiries in a timely manner
• Advise associates and managers on HR policies, guidelines, and procedures while seeking opportunities to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in HR
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with HR systems like Workday is preferred
• High dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours, Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm
