Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new managers and site leads for respective LLCs
• Assist supervisors with performance and discipline matters, including conducting personnel investigations
• Manage employee benefit inquiries and assist with leave management and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of Human Resource experience
• Broad HR expertise with strong business acumen
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
