Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefit eligibility and enrollments
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and maintain compliance with employment regulations
• Support onboarding and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on benefits administration
• Experience using HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws and benefits compliance
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
