Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their Fulfillment Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruiting process, including conducting interviews and managing offers
• Coordinate new hire orientation and oversee the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and benefits inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office/Google Workspace
• HR Certification such as SHRM, PHR, or HRCI is a plus
