Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist responsible for providing day-to-day support on HR practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with employees and management to promote positive employee and labor relations
  • Support HRD/HRBPs in managing employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing legal risks
  • Generate reports and maintain employee records while facilitating the resolution of work-related complaints
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of previous experience in HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
