Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist responsible for providing day-to-day support on HR practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and management to promote positive employee and labor relations
- Support HRD/HRBPs in managing employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing legal risks
- Generate reports and maintain employee records while facilitating the resolution of work-related complaints
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
- Experience with Workday HRIS
- Ability to keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
