Key Responsibilities

Integrate data and feedback to anticipate needs of teammates and leaders
Support projects across functional teams and manage HR inquiries and issues
Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in applicable field and 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
PHR or SPHR certification preferred; experience in healthcare industry is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources
Strong MS Office skills and experience with HR technologies such as ServiceNow
Ability to manage a significant workload in a fast-paced environment
