Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Serve as the first line contact for employees and managers on routine HR inquiries
- Maintain compliance by preparing documentation reports for audits and managing employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in human resources or relevant field preferred
- Three years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or related HR role required
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience using HRIS and payroll systems
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
