Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Serve as the first line contact for employees and managers on routine HR inquiries
  • Maintain compliance by preparing documentation reports for audits and managing employee relations issues
Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or related HR role required
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience using HRIS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
