Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will provide expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to leadership and employees on HR issues across multiple locations
• Manage employee relations activities, including investigations and complaint resolution
• Partner with leadership on talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with HR practices

Required Qualifications

• Two to five years of professional HR experience, including business partner support
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Experience in a unionized environment is beneficial
• Valid Driver's License required
