Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to leadership and employees across multiple locations
• Act as a resource for managers and employees on HR issues, implementing solutions
• Lead employee relations activities, investigations, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Two to five years of professional HR experience, including business partner support
• Experience in both union and non-union environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
