Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate data and feedback to anticipate the needs of teammates and leaders
Support projects across functional teams and manage HR cases using ServiceNow and other technologies
Act as the main point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely resolution and a positive teammate experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
PHR or SPHR preferred; PHR-CA or SPHR-CA is a plus
Working knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources
Experience in the ambulatory surgery center or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
Strong MS Office skills and experience with HR technologies like ServiceNow and UKG
